Now in its 4th year, the Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop brings together hundreds of professionals for a one-day workshop. VN Productions provides complete marketing support for the Workshop including website design and maintenance, registration tracking, email marketing, social media marketing, event coordination, graphic design and more. VNP built and maintains the robust NSCW website which features a custom registration system. We work directly with the planning team for the event, updating the website, crafting email marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, designing materials such as posters and flyers, and providing frequent updates on registration statistics. We help secure event spaces, present catering options, and help to plan and market the event from start to finish. We are working hard with NSCW to make the Workshop more successful each year, and we are pleased to provide customized marketing support for this great event!

VN Productions provides website support, database management, and email marketing services to the New Jersey LSRPA. The LSRPA is a 400+ member association which came to us with an existing website and large network of members. They did not want to redesign their website; they simply wanted help making some improvements and wanted our help managing the frequent updates to the site. We suggested some simple and effective changes to their site which has unified the content and navigation on the site. The LSRPA also wanted help communicating effectively with their membership. The LSRPA often needs to notify their 400+ membership quickly of news and important information, and we pride ourselves in being very fast and responsive to requests for sending important email campaigns. We also coordinate website registration and payments for LSRPA events and annual membership, updating the database of members and providing support to members who need assistance with the association website and registration process.

VNP designed and maintains the Advanced Tools website, which features a blog, a wealth of resources, an archive of webinar videos, and more. We support the planning of one-day workshops throughout the country, helping to coordinate with local hosts, designing materials, and providing email marketing support. We also manage the Advanced Tools Webinar Series, coordinating with potential speakers, marketing sessions with dynamic email campaigns, hosting the webinars and providing real time technical support. We record the webinars and post the recordings on the Advanced Tools website, helping to provide ongoing resources for the client’s audience. We also provide graphic design support, helping to make documents and presentations clear and effective.
